Is it still possible to reactivate a deactivated workspace?

The deactivated workspace is still showing as scheduled for premanent deletion but there is no reactivation button...

The URL you mentioned doesn't work for me...  Rather my deactivated workspace is found in: 

https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/deactivated

But there is no reactivation option i can see, just the attached screenshot...?

Thats straightforward. Looks like you are not Workspace Admin.
