Is it possible to trigger a pipeline in one repo from the actions of a pipeline in another repo?

Let's say I have two repositories A&B

I have pipeline scripts in both the repositories.

Now when I run a pipeline in repository A, towards the end of its execution I need the pipeline to trigger one of the pipelines in repository B.

Is this possible?
