Is it on the roadmap to have Teams feature integrated into the on-premise version

Hi,

I work for a large organisation and we need a way to organize repositories with more than the project level abstraction (ex: organisation, teams, category, etc).  So unless there is a solution to that problem I didn't see, the Teams concept available only with the cloud version at the moment could be the best solution, if is on the short-term roadmap.  I looked at the Atlassian Jira for requested features but couldn't find anything. 

Anyone knows?
