Where can i find atlassian invoice/receipt i need for bookeeping? how come is it so fu. hard to find?

Your licences, orders, invoices and so on can all be found at my.atlassian.com - for invoices, look under orders after you log in.

Again, why is this so difficult? I am the Atlassian billing admin for our company. I can go to admin.atlassian, and I see BILLING. When I click BILLING, I do not see anything that has anything to do with BILLING.

When I go to my.atlassian and click ORDERS (not billing), I see nothing under invoices.

How can I find my invoices?

If you see nothing under invoices, you are not currently one of the billing contacts. You will need to talk to the people responsible for paying the bills.
