Yesterday we invited a new team member to access one of our repositories, they have not yet received the invite despite several attempts to resend, could this be looked into please?

I believe the usual issue is that the user may have opted out of Atlassian email notifications, including invitation emails. This is why they are not receiving invitation emails.
To start receiving these invitation emails, please follow these steps:
Once they have updated your preferences, the workspace admin needs to cancel the existing invitation and send a new one (If the user was invited into multiple groups, admin needs to go into each group and cancel the invitation). This should trigger the invitation email correctly.
