Internal Server Help

John_G
June 23, 2020

I am building an internal server for the company I work for, and I was trying to do the free trial before I suggest buying the full package, but I download it and when I go to the "https://localhost:7990/" I keep getting an error. I am not using a proxy or anything. Did I miss something? If any of you could be some assistance that would be great

did you go to "https://localhost:7990/"  on the server?  what OS do you have on the server? did the installer complete wihtout any error messages?

did you install it as a service? is the service running?

I dont think so, Windows, the installer did complete without any error messages, and when I hit finish the setup wizard opened localhost:7990 and it came up as error not found.

I may have installed it as a service, if I did how would I run it

Hi John,

Try http://localhost:7990/ instead of https - that should work.

Cheers,
