Installing driver issue

I have installed Bitbucket on a RHEL8.8 virtual machine. I have also created a Database for the server to connect to. I do not see a /lib folder where it's supposed to be so that I may be able to put the JDBC driver.
I also don't know if I'm using the correct driver. I am only able to get an rpm from the Oracle website.
When I pull up the web set up for Bitbucket, it tells me that there are no drivers.
I would like to know what are the most current drivers, or what drivers I can use. I would also like to know the actual location where the .jar file needs to go to.
