Inquiry Regarding Deleted Bitbucket Workspace

Dear Bitbucket Support Team,

I would like to inquire about a Bitbucket workspace that appears to have been deleted.

I had been using a free workspace for a long time. However, when the related Jira space was deleted, the email account associated with it also seems to have been deleted.

The space name was juneox.atlassian.net. Since the Git repositories were also deleted, I can no longer access the code I had previously worked on.

I am leaving this message from my current account because I have not created a space under this account, so the account itself has not been deleted.

Could you please check whether the deleted workspace and repositories can be recovered?

Thank you.

Hey @ubot

Can you please navigate to https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/deactivated and check if your workspace is listed there? You can recover your workspace from that URL.

Please let us know the outcome.

Would you advise me to re-register with the email address associated with the deleted account and then click the link?

I checked the repository menu, and it looks like the repositories are still there. Thank you for your help.
