Infinite loading on initial forking

one of my repos which is gkm-sisbaservices is on infinite loading on forking, and it does not allow me to delete it and make another fork

Based on my investigation, the forked repository got stuck in the creating steps, which is why it's not accessible and loading.

I have removed the affected forked repository since it can't be used because the repo creation is not completed.

Can you verify that and re-create the fork again?
