Incorrect number of rows updated: expected 1, actual -1

Hi there,

I cannot finish bitbucket installation. I enter the license key generated in atlassian, but setup always says

"Incorrect number of rows updated: expected 1, actual -1"

If we have backup of our database then do below steps

1.) drop database

2.) restart postgres and atlbitbucket

3.) access your application and installation winzard should come

4.) then enter your current license and information

5.) login page is visible and after login blank repositories.

6.) Restore your database in postgres

7.) update new license and serverid in app_property

8.) restart both application postgres and atlbitbucket

9.) access your application and installation winzard should come and after that it will show you all your data.
