Improve settings UI for checkbox

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
In the settings popup for "edit branch restriction" (and probably other areas of the app) when you click off to the side in an area that has no UI it can select one of the radio buttons or checkboxes without you knowing.
When clicking far off to the side it activates the selector that is on the other side of the popup. This should not happen. The correct behavior should be that the selector is only activated when the selector is actually clicked on.
This causes great confusion when things are selected without the users knowledge or intent.
