Ignore Whitespace Feature Not Available in New PR View

I'm unable to use the "Ignore Whitespace" feature on the new PR view (the option doesnt show up).

Sounds like this is a user error on my part. There is a gear button that lets you configure this globally for the PR:

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
