If I switch on log scanning in a Stash DC environment, will the logs for all app servers be scanned?

The question says it all really.  I just want to make sure I don't have to access each app server in turn to switch this on...

Short answer: No, log scanning will not be run on all nodes (consistently).

Longer answer: Log scanning will run across multiple nodes when enabled, but only on one at a time and not consistently the same node.

There is an issue (STP-332) you can watch and vote for to add better Data Center support to the log scanner and an epic (STP-330) to track improved DC support in the Support Tools Plugin.
