IP white-listing for some users

I would like to restrict some users from my Org to some Repos while still allowing others to have access to the repo even when not within the network, is there such an option in Bitbucket cloud?

Hi Pinchas! In this scenario you just need to adjust the user permissions in a way that some users have permissions to access the repo, and other users can not see it or have limited access to it. For more details on which permissions should you apply, you can read Grant repository access to users and groups.

IP whitelisting would be used in situations where you want your users to access Bitbucket from the office, but not from their houses, for example. In that case you can upgrade to a Premium account and get extra security features, you can read more at Control access to your private content. The Premium plan is available at $25/month for the first 5 users and $5/user/month for additional users.

My question was if I can apply IP whitelisting on a user level, say for remote workers I don't want to IP whitelist them and for others, I do want to IP whitelist. ???

Hi @Pinchas Genger, whitelisting on a per-user level is not possible, if you add an IP to be whitelisted, it will affect all the users in your team. The only way I can think of right now is to have separate teams, one for the developers that can access the code from everywhere, and another one for the developers that have the restrictions. For reference, Control access to your team's private content.

If you'd like, you can submit a Feature request at Site/master.
