I want to have my username as maxbitz in bitbucket

I am owner of domain maxbitz.com and I am trying to create account on bitbucket with username "maxbitz" but I am unable to create this account.

Is there any way to get help from support which will allow me the username for my organization so that I can purchase bitbucket subscription and use for my organization with official name
