I want to create private repository to my team and create users (don't want to use public profile created by individuals )

How to create private user ids ?

Hi Kannapan, welcome to the Community!

You can not create users from within your team. Users have to be created as individual accounts and then you can invite those users to join your team. When you create the individual accounts, you can choose to make their profiles private or public.
