I've lost access to the team i've created

Hello,

is it possible to loose access to my team account?

I've created private team account "adawardsteam".

Now i have some problem - i can't see my team, team exists,

i'm paying for it every month but when i sign in, i dont have any access.

I cant create new repos, i can't manage my team... Did you have problem like this

Hello @Paweł,

The team in question is active, and I don't see any misconfigurations there. Do you by any chance have more than one Bitbucket account? I'm guessing you might be logged in as a different user and hence can't access that team.

If that's not the case, do you mind creating a support ticket here and privately share more details on the issue (specifically, your Bitbucket username)? This Community question is public, so I'd not expose any sensitive information here.

Let me know if my assumption was correct.
