I receive We couldn't log you in

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

After logged in with google credentials, agree and create workspace and "One moment your product is starting up" I receive:

"We couldn't log you in"

"You may run into this issue when you use specific browsers or add-ons that hide the referer header for id.atlassian.com and other Atlassian sites. Check for these and then try logging in again."

And I can't access my workspace.

I'm using last version of Firefox without proxies or tunnels.

I need your help please

Hi Enrico and welcome to the community!

Your Bitbucket Cloud account was in a dormant state, which is the reason for the error you were seeing.

I reactivated the account. Can you please try logging in when you have some time, and let me know if the issue is resolved?
