I had previously received the email but it was not successful. Then further trials to resend invitation failed. Please help me resolve the issue. Though other mails like login notification mail and reset password emails are being received. The invitation is coming from the email: noreply+c12e0cd@id.atlassian.com. Please help resolve the issue.

The fact that you are successfully receiving other Atlassian emails (like login notifications and password resets) is the most important clue. This confirms your email client and general server are not blocking Atlassian mail entirely.
The issue is typically resolved by having the administrator cancel the current failed invitation and then resending it, which often clears any internal suppression flags.
