I suspect your current email preference configuration might be blocking the preventing email from reaching you.
Here are the steps to take:
Reference - Manage email and notification preference
Once you update the settings to enable product invitation emails, please ask the workspace admin to cancel the current invitation and send you a new one to trigger a fresh email.
