Whenever I try to create a pull request from any branch to any other branch, the pull request is not created and an error message is shown on the screen.

Hi Gaurav! We identified the root issue causing outages of several core services of the Bitbucket Cloud platform and have taken steps to mitigate it. The services should be working as normal now. The details can be found at Bitbucket incident.

If you pushed commits between 0611 and 0834 UTC today, subsequent triggered actions such as Bitbucket Pipelines builds and search updates may not have been triggered. Pushing new commits will now trigger the subsequent actions.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you continue to receive any errors, and we'll be glad to continue helping you.

Kind regards,

Ana
