To delete an email account, you need to talk to the admins of the email domain you set it up with.

I suspect you might mean that you're trying to delete an account from an Atlassian product, but I'm not sure which one - Bitbucket, yes, but Cloud or Server?  If it's server, then you need to do it or get your admins to do it for you.  If it's Cloud, then raise it at https://support.atlassian.com
