I have two 2FA recovery keys and both are failing to authenticate and linked to an old email address that is no longer active and no access to. I know exactly the apps that are in the workspace I need access to, how do I resolve the issue?

Hey Shadrack, sorry to hear about your situation.

Unfortunately, because the account is tied to an email address that's no longer accessible, it won't be possible to recover the account. It's also not possible to bypass the authentication/2SV verification. 

At this point, the best path forward would be to explore any options for regaining access to your old email.
