I have integrated repo with gsuit and this is just in time provisioning loosing access on relogin

Hi all 

I have integrated the gsuit with bitbucket with just in time provisioning , user gets access to the repo automatically to which mapped in gsuit , but suppose i have manually given access to any other repo in bitbucket , that is getting revoked  if user log out and login again.

can anyone tell me solution for this, as this is creating headache for managing the access.
