I have an issue with the invitation email for a user.

The user registered in Bitbucket before receiving the organization invitation. Now, when the invitation is sent, the user does not receive any email. From the system perspective, the user already exists in Bitbucket, but the account is not visible in the platform and cannot be added to any group.

Hey @Lopez Rojas_ Juan Manuel

It seems the user(s) that you've invited have their Product Invitation email settings configured to false. As a result, they won't receive any invitation emails.

Please ask the users to perform the following steps:

  • Navigate to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email 
  • Click on email preferences center
  • Navigate to the bottom of the page
  • Under the section Product Surveys and Invitations, select the tickbox for Product Invitations

Once the user(s) have performed this action, you will need to cancel all existing invitations from all groups and re-send the invitation.
