I have accepted an invite, but the verification email is not sent

I am unable to complete the process of being invite to two Bitbucket repos.

 

Originally I would not even receive the invite email, but I discovered through these troubleshooting instructions that my invitation emails were turned off https://confluence.atlassian.com/bbkb/troubleshooting-not-receiving-bitbucket-cloud-workspace-invitations-1562215572.html 

Now I have the invitation. I click the link and it takes me to the repo and the next step. The modal asking for the code from an new email is displayed, but I have not received the email.

I have clicked the resend email button. I have checked all email folders including junk. I have already made sure Atlassian is a safe sender.

When I attempt to use the contact to ask for help form it tells me "Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL."

May I know if you're still encountering issues with the invitations?

If you still need assistance - I'll raise a ticket on your behalf with our support team, as you have a paid workspace.

I can see your timezone appears to be GMT+0 is this correct? Please let me know otherwise.
