I have a bitbucket Datacenter but no internet access, I cannot enter Market Place but I want to install
ScriptRunner for Bitbucket Server / Stash how can I do some help please.

You can install any Server or DC app on a server without direct internet access with a little bit more faffing around.  The direct access to Marketplace just means the server can automate a lot more.  In the old days, we all had to do it this way:

• Fire up a browser on a machine that can hit marketplace.atlassian.com
• Find the app you want to install ( https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213250/scriptrunner-for-bitbucket-server-stash?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview is already in my bookmarks)
• In most cases, look towards the bottom right for "resources" - most apps have a "download" link which will immediately start a download of the latest version.  But, unless you already know that the latest version works for your version of Bitbcket, I would recommend you actually click "versions" in the main menu as that will list all the available versions and their compatibility with the various Bitbucket versions you might have.  Pick the latest one the vendor says they support with your version of Bitbucket.
• Once downloaded, head over to Bitbucket, as an admin, and go to "manage apps".  There's a small link to "upload app" in there which will ask you for an upload file, and you can give it the .jar or .obr you downloaded from marketplace.
