Hey @Patricio Perez

Are you attempting to access your repository through the website or through Git on Mac?

If you're unable to access your repo through the website:

  • Can you please confirm if you're using one of the supported browsers
  • If you are using one of the supported browsers and still unable to access it, can you try clearing the entry for Bitbucket in your /etc/hosts file? The following command will check if there is an existing entry:
    • cat /etc/hosts | grep bitbucket

A similar question has been asked at Can't Access Bitbucket Website, where clearing the /etc/hosts file for any bitbucket entries resolved the issue
