I cannot invite people to my team

Whenever I try to add someone this model pops up and it keeps loading , I have left it loading for almost 20-30 minutes and refreshed the page and nothing happens. No users are added. I have removed the email from this picture for privacy.

I've just tried adding a new member to my Bitbucket Cloud team, and it only took a few seconds, so looks like this could be something temporary or a local issue. Can you give us more info to help troubleshoot this problem?:

1. Which browser are you using?
2. Have you tried different browsers? Have you tried the incognito mode?
3. Is this happening only for a specific user, or for any user you try to add?
4. Do they have a Bitbucket account already?
