I cannot create a workspace on Bitbucket

I cannot create a workspace on Bitbucket. When I try via UI I get "Resource not found". When I try via API I get "Resource not found". My account email is munalmax777@gmail.com. Please help me creating a workspace with slug "munalsingh" for my account.
