I can see that the workspace and all it's repositories are online. Can you please let us know if you're still experiencing issues?

I just found them here:

https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces/deactivated

From there, I was able to reactivate them.

I think it would be great if inactive repositories were preserved instead of being permanently deleted after long periods of inactivity. In many cases, old repositories still contain valuable projects, history, or reference material, even if they haven't been used for years.

GitHub, for example, keeps repositories available unless the owner explicitly deletes them, and I believe a similar approach would provide a better experience for developers.
