Although I bought the Bitbucket license for 10 users, it keeps telling me that I can't use the license with the version of Bitbucket that I have installed currently (although I downloaded it from the link that appeared when I got the license).
I would like to know what I have to do to fix this issue. I was using an evaluation license just to keep the server running with my Jira.
Thanks in advance.
What version are you running, when does the licence expire and what is the exact error message you get?
Atlassian Bitbucket v5.8.1 - Linux, I had to use an evaluation license to get some work done, and the license just expired.
I could never used the license I bought though (It's a 10 users license).
The error I get is "Your license is not valid for this version of Bitbucket."
I went to myatlassian and downloaded bitbucket from the link below the license key, so I cannot understand how the version is not valid.

What is the expiry date on the licence?

If you mean when the support expires, it was the 19/Feb/18. It's a Starters license, same as my Jira license.

I thought it might be.
Your licence entitles you to use any version released before the end date (and you can continue to use it after expiry, but you cannot upgrade). 5.8.1 was released after the end of your licence. The highest you can use is 5.8.0
