I can't receive invitation email

I tried to add my institutional email (ellensg@ufpa.br) in my Bitbucket
account (ellengomesufpa), but I couldn't. I received this message:
"ellensg@ufpa.br is already in use by another user." I didn't understand
what was happing. Could you help me?

This means you have already used that email for a bitbucket account.  You will need to log in with the account you previously set up.
