I can't operate the browser

When I access Bitbucket（https://bitbucket.org/dashboard/overview） on my browser, it stays loaded and I can't operate it.

Even if I try it with different browsers of chrome, firefox and safari, they are all in the same state.

However, if i use a different PC, i can access it without any problems.

Welcome to community. have you tried using Incognito browser mode? Probably you might have an extension that might be blocking some scripts on bitbucket. Try incognito mode and see if you get the same result or if the result is the same?
