I can’t link this workspace to my Atlassian workspace because it is not visible in the linking interface. The other workspaces were linked successfully (shipnextgate and shipnextmain).

However, the workspace shipnextcom does not appear in the linking interface. Could you please help with this? I understand that the deadline is March 15, so I would appreciate your assistance.

Hi @Sergey Semernev

Welcome to the community.

Thank you for your interest in linking your to the Org.

We have reviewed the workspace you are attempting to link. At present your workspace is not yet eligible to be linked to the Org.

Don’t worry, you’ll receive a notification when it becomes eligible. If you want and can’t wait, you should create a new paid (Standard or Premium) workspace from your Atlassian org and then use that workspace for the collaboration purposes. Please follow the instructions in the community post Calling on all workspace Admins - Connect your Bitbucket workspace to an Atlassian organization for more details.

Regards,
Mark C

Hello and welcome @Sergey Semernev

one thing to check first: are you linking a personal workspace or a shared workspace?

Only shared Bitbucket workspaces can be linked to an Atlassian organization. If the workspace is a personal workspace, it cannot be linked. In that case you would need to create or move repositories into a shared workspace first.

Also make sure you have the correct permissions:

  • Workspace admin in Bitbucket
  • Organization admin in Atlassian Administration

Without both roles, the linking step will not work.

So I would check those two things first: the workspace type and the admin permissions. Those are the most common blockers when linking a Bitbucket workspace to an Atlassian organization.
