I can't clone a repository from Bitbucket

I have the repository access in Bitbucket and when I try to clone it with Sourcetree, this message shows up:

Output:
Erro: remote: You may not have access to this repository or it no longer exists in this workspace. If you think this repository exists and you have access, make sure you are authenticated.
fatal: Authentication failed for 'https://bitbucket.org/Lynx_Process/lynx-rtp-projeto.git/'

I allready tried to reinstall Sourcetree, call support, but nothing works

are you able to reach repo from browser? It seems that repo doesn't exist or you have no permission to access it.

Hey @Diego Mendes Garcia ,

are you trying to access using your password? Try using App Password (

Bitbucket → Personal Settings → App Passwords) because it seems to be an authentication error.
