I can't add ssh key

I'm trying to add an ssh key. I write a form for adding a key, click the add key button, but nothing happens

Are you following the guide here, and when adding the key, it does nothing? If yes, can you try it on a different web browser to ensure it's not a browser-specific issue or in an incognito window, and let me know how it goes?
