I didn't do anything to deactive by myself, it is my personal account, not company account
How can I know the reason why my account was deactived?
Hey @nam0107
Welcome to the community.
How did you find out that your account was deactivated? From my side, the account you used to create this community thread appears to be active. Could you share a bit more detail about what’s happening, and, if possible, include a screenshot of the exact error message you’re seeing?
Regards,
Syahrul

Hey @nam0107
We’ve sent an email to that address with a link to reactivate the account. Please check the inbox (and spam/junk folder) and follow the instructions in that email. This is related to your Atlassian account, not Bitbucket Cloud.

Hey @nam0107
Can you try the suggested steps below and see if that helps?

Let me know how it goes.

Hello @nam0107
in Bitbucket Cloud this message usually means the Atlassian account behind your Bitbucket login was disabled/deactivated. Bitbucket uses that same Atlassian account, so if it’s not active you won’t be able to sign in.
Common reasons I’ve seen:
Your account is managed by an Organization (even if you consider it “personal”). If your email/domain is claimed by a company/org, an org admin or their SSO/identity provider can disable the account.
The account is in a deactivation/deletion state (sometimes there’s a short window where you can cancel the deletion by signing in).
Security / policy enforcement (suspicious activity, terms/policy triggers). The UI often won’t show the detailed reason.
What to do:
Try signing in to your Atlassian account with the same email (not only Bitbucket).
If you see anything about deletion, look for an option to cancel deletion / reactivate.
If you see any hint of SSO / managed account / organization-managed, you’ll need the org admin to re-enable you (this can’t be fixed from Bitbucket alone).
If neither of the above applies, open an Atlassian Support request for “account deactivated / can’t log in”. Only Support can confirm the exact reason and re-enable it.
One important note: please remove your email address from the public Community post for privacy, share it only with Support.

Go to Atlassian Login (the normal sign-in page).
Enter your email and click Continue.
On the password screen, choose Can’t log in? / Forgot password (wording varies).
Follow the steps.
If your account is deactivated/blocked, you’ll usually be shown a message or a path to contact support / recover access.
Option 2 (Support request without product access)
Go to Atlassian Support page (the general support portal).
Choose Atlassian account / Login issues (or “Billing & account” → “Login” depending on what you see).
Select something like Account disabled / can’t access my account.
Submit the request with:
your email address
your Bitbucket username
approximate last time you could log in
the exact error message (“account was deactivated”)
country/timezone and whether you use VPN/SSO (if yes)

Maybe Somebody who have Connection to Support here will be able to help you.
If this is really a “personal” Bitbucket account (no company site) Don’t use a site URL. The moment you enter a site like …atlassian.net, the portal treats it as org-managed support and checks permissions.
That´s what confusing me. It´s really a Personal Account ?
