I can not access my own Bitbucket account

I have two Atlassian accounts and this setup is completely broken.

One account is the organization admin. This account manages billing and pays thousands each year for Atlassian products, but it cannot access Bitbucket at all.

My other account can access Bitbucket, but it only has regular user access and cannot manage members or billing.

Every time I try to fix this, Atlassian opens new tabs or windows. I now have dozens open, and there’s no clear way to get help, upgrade, or add users. The only option I can find is to post in a public forum.

I need someone to link my Bitbucket workspace to my organization admin account or make that account an admin of the workspace so I can manage everything properly.

And this is my other account. 

Where we can access bitbucket, but I am not an admin, nobody is, its just stuck like this where I cant manage members, upgrade the accounts or remove them
