I am unable to transfer the repository from one bitbucket account to another

I am trying to transfer the repository from one bitbucket account to another, and it says, username not found,. Should i be an owner of the account to transfer it or import it?

Hi Saziya,

Are you sure you're entering the username correctly and that an account with such username exists?

Can you send us a screenshot of the error you get when you try to transfer it? 

If you have permissions to see the transfer option, you have permissions to actually transfer it so that shouldn't be the problem.
