Hi Dorian and welcome to the community.

I see that you have opened a support ticket mentioning issues with Atlassian for VS Code extension. Does your question here concern the same issue?

In case you see errors with this extension, you can submit an issue via the following link, as mentioned in the support ticket:

This is the place to report any issues and get help for this extension.

In case your question concerns issues with cloning/pulling from/pushing to repositories from command line, we can look into the issue here, but we'd need some additional info:

  1. You mentioned creating multiple SSH keys. Did you create these for the same Bitbucket account, on the same machine, or different ones? Or are you using multiple Bitbucket accounts?
  2. What OS are you using and what is the version of the OS?
  3. What is the output of the following command from your terminal?
GIT_SSH_COMMAND="ssh -vvv" <git command>

where <git command> replace with the command that is failing for you. Please make sure you sanitize any private info in the output (e.g. workspace and repo names) prior to sharing it here. This command will give more verbose output and very possibly an indication of what may be going wrong.

Please feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

Kind regards,
Theodora
