I am not able to login at all and also when I try to reset password with the mail, I am not receiving any mail for the same.

Based on my checks, the one-time code email has been successfully delivered to your mailbox. It’s possible that it may have been automatically redirected to another folder, such as Spam/Junk, Promotions, or Other.
Could you please look through those folders and see if the email is there, or if any similar email might have been filtered or redirected?
