I am not able to choose myself in Branch Permissions. How to?

My user has Admin rights to the repository and I want to restrict all users access to "master" branch and leave only myself.

I cannot choose myself from the dropdown and only few users are displayed there in ASC order.

Am I missing something?

Having the exact same issue. Tried on different browsers and with a colleagues account.
