I am able to access bit bucket normally but not using ssh

Hello All, I am able to connect to my bit bucket server using https on a web browser. However, I am not able to use ssh to connect to it. The firewall is allowing access to use ssh to the bit bucket server. Is there some configuration on the server that needs to be changed? Please advise.
