How to watch repository for all new pull-requests in 4.8.1 BitBucket standalone version?

Hi @Michael 

 If you want to watch Particular repo and that pulll request.

Please select that repo which you want to watch and click on watch icon which was besides to Share and select different options for watching like All pull request, All commits...blah blah
