How to upload a folder/file to an existing repository with files already in it

hi, im quite new to bitbucket and initially uploaded some files for our first activity and had no problems. but now, im having problems uploading the second time.

Do you have a local copy of our repository?

If yes then you should add the files there, commit the changes and push them to Bitbucket.
