How to stay authenicated longer?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
My Git clients (SourceTree and Fork) are having trouble staying authenticated for longer than a day or two. It used to be monthly that I have to re-login, then it became weekly, now it's almost daily. These are the dialogs that show up at once:
My git version is 2.24.1.windows.2 . I've tried removing my git credentials from Windows Credential Manager.
