I asked Atlassian Support this question, but they referred me to the community, so here goes...
Previously, my company had Jira Cloud, and at one point my Bitbucket account became connected to my company's Atlassian account. I set-up my Bitbucket account in my name before it was linked to the company. We used to use Google authentication to log in.
If I go to my settings, it says that it's linked to the Atlassian account:
That Atlassian account is now disabled, since we merged with another company which hosts their own Jira server. I can log in with the email/password that we temporarily changed to (akarlovac@old.COMPANY.com), but I can no longer access that email address. If I get locked-out, I won't have any way to log back in.
How do I decouple my Bitbucket account from the defunct Atlassian account?
