How to restrict declining pull request only for the default reviewer?

I want to enable declining pull request authority only for the default reviewer. No other users apart from the default reviewer and the pull request creator will be able to decline pull request.

Hello,

I'm afraid that this is not possible at the moment, any user with write access to a branch is able to decline a pull request.

We have a feature request for what you are asking in our issue tracker:

I would suggest to add your vote in that feature request (by selecting the Vote for this issue link) as the number of votes helps the product managers better understand the demand for new features. You are more than welcome to leave any feedback, and you can also add yourself as a watcher (by selecting the Start watching this issue link) if you'd like to get notified via email on updates.

Implementation of new features is done as per our policy here and any updates are posted in the feature request.
