How to restore bitbucket instance on bitbucket.org

Our partner company has shared their entire bitbucket instance backup consisting of multiple repository as a single backup file.

We already have a bitbucket  cloud account but I am not able to find any place which enables me to upload this backup file and create a replica/mirror of the bitbucket backup.

All the documentation I went through mentions how to restore the backup on a bitbucket data centre instance but none refer how to restore it on the cloud.

Bitbucket cloud guru's  please advice.
